Ordering
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, select your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email and can track your order in real-time.
There is no minimum order value. However, orders below a certain amount may have a delivery fee. Orders above the threshold qualify for free delivery.
You can modify your order only before it is confirmed by the seller. Once the order is being prepared, modifications are not possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.
You can cancel your order from the "My Orders" section if it hasn't been confirmed yet. Once the seller starts preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed according to our refund policy.
Delivery
We deliver from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. During peak hours, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Standard delivery time varies based on your location and the seller. During peak hours or bad weather, delivery may take longer.
We currently deliver across major cities in India. Enter your address to check if we deliver to your location.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. All online payments are processed securely.
Yes, absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways like Razorpay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Yes, if you receive a wrong or incomplete order, please report it within 24 hours through the app or by contacting support. We'll arrange a refund or replacement as per our refund policy.
Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" section on the cart page before checkout. Valid coupons will automatically apply the discount to your order total.
Account & Orders
Click on "Sign Up" and enter your name, email, and phone number. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
After placing an order, you can track it in real-time from the "My Orders" section. You'll also receive SMS and email updates about your order status.
Yes, you can save multiple addresses in your profile. When placing an order, you can choose from your saved addresses or add a new one.
Go to "My Orders" in your account to view all your past orders. You can reorder from previous orders with just one click.
