This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Inyake Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Inyake Service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
2 Your Account

Delivery Address
You must provide a valid, complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Availability
Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in return of the package to the seller.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for damaged or lost packages should be reported immediately.
5 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return Window

6 Reviews, Comments & User Content
You may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content") on Inyake. By submitting User Content, you:
Grant Us a License
You grant Inyake a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
Represent & Warrant
That you own or have the necessary rights to the content, that the content is accurate, that it does not violate these Terms, and that it will not cause injury to any person or entity.
Content Standards
- Content must be honest and based on genuine experience
- No defamatory, obscene, abusive, or discriminatory content
- No content promoting illegal activities
- No personal information of others without consent
- No promotional content or spam
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any User Content that violates these standards or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

All content included in or made available through the Inyake Services is the property of Inyake or its content suppliers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are copyrighted by Inyake.
Software
Any software used in connection with Inyake Services is licensed to you, not sold. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such software.
Third-Party Content
Third-party trademarks and content on our platform are the property of their respective owners.
8 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE INYAKE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Sellers
Inyake is a marketplace platform. Products are sold by independent third-party sellers. While we take measures to ensure seller quality, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of items listed by sellers. These Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
