1 Return Windows by Category

Return eligibility varies by product category. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Note: The return window starts from the date of delivery. Some products sold by specific sellers may have different return policies - please check the product page for details.

2 How to Return an Item

Go to Your Orders

Navigate to "Your Orders" in your account dashboard

Select Item to Return

Find the order and click "Return or Replace Items"

Choose Return Reason

Select your reason and preferred refund method

Ship or Schedule Pickup

Drop off at a courier location or schedule home pickup

Free Pickup Available

For most locations, we offer free home pickup for returns. Simply schedule a convenient time slot, and our delivery partner will collect the item from your doorstep.

Self-Ship Option

You can also drop off your return at any of our partner courier locations. A prepaid shipping label will be provided in your return request confirmation.

3 Refund Methods

Choose how you'd like to receive your refund when initiating a return:

Inyake Wallet

Instant credit to your Inyake Wallet. Use for future purchases with no expiry.

Processing: Instant

UPI

Direct refund to your UPI-linked bank account.

Processing: 2-3 Business Days

Credit/Debit Card

Refund to the original card used for payment.

Processing: 5-7 Business Days

Net Banking

Refund to the bank account used for payment.

Processing: 5-7 Business Days

4 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear & Lingerie
Swimwear & Beachwear
Opened Beauty Products
Grocery & Gourmet Food
Digital Downloads
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Customized/Personalized Items
Jewellery (above certain value)
Medicines & Healthcare

Exception: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong non-returnable item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

5 Replacements

If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a free replacement:

Defective Products

Items that don't work as intended or have manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement.

Damaged in Transit

Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we'll send the correct item immediately.

Missing Parts/Accessories

If essential parts or accessories are missing, we'll ship the missing items or offer a full replacement.

How to Request Replacement: When initiating your return, select "Replacement" instead of "Refund". The replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive your return, or in some cases, before the return is picked up.

Note: The processing time starts after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. You'll receive email notifications at each step of the refund process.

8 Important Information

Seller-Specific Policies

Some products may have seller-specific return policies that differ from our standard policy. Always check the return policy on the product page before purchasing.

Promotional Items

For orders with promotional discounts, the refund will be adjusted proportionally if only some items are returned.

Warranty Claims

For items with manufacturer warranty, defects discovered after the return window may be covered under warranty. Contact the manufacturer or our support team for assistance.

International Orders

Return policies and timelines may vary for international orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for international returns.
